While cloud computing offers numerous possible benefits, it does pose many challenges. One of these challenges is in the security. Your task for the week is to imagine that you work for an e-health organization, and you are considering moving your information to the cloud. You should make a recommendation for the organization moving the e-health data for to the cloud. Your recommendation should come in the form of two components: A) a brief report and B) a presentation based on your findings. Prepare your recommendations for the senior leadership team of your organization.
Part A: Present Your Recommendations (5 points)
Your presentation should provide the audience with the following:
Explain how cloud computing has been used to help in e-health solutions.
Determine what some challenges in this area are.
- Illustrate what types of data are typically stored in the cloud for e-health.
- Please record your slides as a screencast, which should be included in your submission. While there are many different high-quality screen cast tools, some include Screen-Cast-O-Matic < https://screencast-o-matic.com >, expression encoder < https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.a… > and EZvid video maker < https://www.ezvid.com/download >
- Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Length: 10-12 slides (with a separate reference slide)
Notes Length: 100-150 words for each slide (use the notes as a transcript for your video!)
Screencast Length: 3-5 minutes
Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style where appropriate. Save the file as PPT with the correct course code information.
Part B: Prepare a Report (10 points)
For the second part of this weeks assignment, prepare a report of your findings. Similar to your presentation, your report should:
Provide your recommendation for the organization and explain why. You should also discuss why you are making this recommended direction. (Provide ample evidence to back up your stance.)
Identify and explain any challenges your organization may encounter when proceeding with your recommendations.
Provide research-oriented resources to help with your recommendations.
Support your both of your assignments with at least five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
