My team’s topic is This business is a simple food truck that delivers devilishly good desserts to the people of the Bay Area, from cookies and cakes to house made Macarons, this mobile kitchen packs a sweet punch that will leave you wanting more!
Our vision is to provide top quality desserts at affordable prices with a mobile capability added in, our truck doesnt stay out for too long so check is out on social media to find out where were headed too next! Vegan and gluten-free options are available and our seasonal favorites will have you waiting for more! All pastries are made safely following Covid-19 guidelines, all employees are required to wear masks and gloves while on the job in the truck. The safety of our customers is our top priority so we ensure that each dessert is prepped and packed on a clean and sanitized surface every-time. Another potential idea is that we could also rent out a kitchen space to make our products fresh and then we would drive around the Bay Area selling our products.
A food truck is perfect for our current situation in the economy because it allows for consumers to still have access to the things they desire but it forced them to access it from a distance in a sense, food trucks are mobile and dont really require lots of one-on-one customer contact. In todays era and time, it is important to offer contactless and or online payment/ordering to minimize the amount of contact a customer has with workers to prevent the passing of COVID-19, and a food truck is just the perfect thing for that. Also, our mobility allows us to serve diverse populations while also following COVID safety protocols.
