Please complete a lab report on a recent lab I did. No longer than 3 pages. Please include an intro at the beginning, answer the 7 questions at the end. (I have attached 2 files that were recommended reading as well as the file that is the lab manual and has my results)

The aim of this practical is to

1. Determine if the weight lost corresponds to the amount of salbutamol delivered.

2. Study the effect of different delay times between shaking and actuation on dose delivered from a salbutamol metered dose inhaler (MDI)

The amount of salbutamol sulfate delivered will be quantified by UV spectroscopy.

Data Analysis – important for your Lab Report

Calculate the salbutamol sulfate concentration using Beers Law and taking 400 as the value of the specific absorbance.

Determine the amount of Salbutamol (C₁₃H₂₁NO₃) delivered per shot (in µg)
(Note: you need to convert the salbutamol sulfate concentration to the concentration of the free base of salbutamol).

Plot two graphs demonstrating your results (amount per shot vs. time delay and weight loss vs. time delay).

Compare your results to the label claim.
