Assignment Background and Description

In order to complete this assignment successfully, you will need to create a Stakeholder Engagement Plan as the next step after your initial attempt to identify stakeholders. You may use the stakeholder register that you created in Activity 1 or create a new one to take advantage of what you have learned since your first attempt at identifying stakeholders and completing a stakeholder analysis.

2. High-LevelRequirements

Stakeholder Engagement Plan (BoF 2.35): Use the information from your stakeholder register and stakeholder analysis to populate the list of stakeholders in the engagement plan and classify them. Note any pending stakeholder changes and define any known or assumed relationships between the stakeholders. Describe the approach you will use with each stakeholder to move them to the preferred level of engagement.

Assumption Log (BoF 1.2): Include any assumptions that you have had to make regarding any of your stakeholders that assisted you in classifying the stakeholders and describing the approach that will be used. Your assumptions should be clearly stated and include an action that will turn the assumption into a fact. The action should be assigned to someone as a task and have a due date.

3. Deliverables

A single MS Word document containing a “Title Page”, a “Table of Contents” generated by MS Word, a “Stakeholder Engagement Plan”, a “Stakeholder Register”, a “Stakeholder Analysis”, and an “Assumption Log”.
